Line Painting
The purpose of pavement striping is to create an orderly and safe flow of traffic throughout the parking lot. It helps customers have confidence in knowing the proper route of entrance and exit, allowable areas to park, and drive aisles that are wide enough to avoid accidents with cars and pedestrians. Proper striping also maximizes your business. This will allow as many cars as possible within your parking Lot. At ACG we offer complete line design, layout and re-striping services using the best striping equipment and quality Federal specification paint available. Federal grade paint meeting Fed. Specs. (TTP1952) will be machine applied with an airless striper to assure crisp lines with little or no overspray. (Will duplicate current pattern or special request.) At ACG, we use the latest equipment & materials to deliver a high-quality lasting job.
Our Process
1. Materials
Federal grade Sherman Williams Latex traffic marking paint meeting Fed. Specs. (TTP1952) will be machine applied with an airless striper to assure crisp lines with little or no overspray & an average drying time of 15 minutes. Gracco Line Lazer Airless Stripers will be used with two-wheel riders to assure proper MIL.
2. Surface Preparation
We clean the asphalt surface thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion of paint. Dirt, debris, and oil stains are removed to create an optimal surface. (Lot conditions & preparation can have an additional cost)
3. Layout and Measurements
Using precise measurements and stencils, we use Gracco Auto Layout machines or Satellite GPS for precise markings. We will review all township & ADA requirements & total spacing before paint is applied.
4. Application of Paint
Gracco Line Lazer Airless Stripers will be used with two-wheel riders to assure proper MIL..
5. Drying and Inspection
Traffic control or Signage will be used in the area work is being performed. Schedule dates will be gone over by our Project Superintendent before application. Once the paint dries, our team inspects the work for accuracy and durability. Areas will be opened up for normal traffic by our team.
